About Michell

Friday night at Yoshi’s or Mijori for sushi and then to the Grand Lake Theatre in time to take in the organ player. Maybe a walk around Lake Merritt at night with the lights glistening off the water. Saturday morning a drive to Napa Valley for some wine tasting and then to a friend’s BBQ in San Francisco.

Sunday I’ll be showing houses all day. Then for a little client appreciation at a pub in their potential new hood.

This is a perfect weekend to me and why I love living in the Bay Area. Nature meets nightlife in the best of ways abound. As a New York transplant, I really appreciate being minutes away from some of the gorgeous trails in the world as well as from the best food any city can offer. There is never a lack of new interesting and exciting things to do.

Michell Nuñez, California Realtor

Although most of my market research is conducted using analytics, I love biking to the farmer’s market and stopping at all the open houses on the way. It gives me great insight into current real estate trends and I always appreciate talking with seasoned professionals about what they see on the horizon. Being a Bay Area Real Estate Broker and Attorney, it’s my job to stay on top of the market and ever changing rules and regulations, so I can best keep my clients informed and ready.

In today’s real estate market, there is simply no substitute for a knowledgeable REALTOR®–except maybe a Realtor/Attorney. Whatever your goals, having this knowledge and experience at your fingertips can make all the difference. My goal is to do as much as I can to build a relationship with my clients that last a lifetime.

I want you to love working with me (and tell all your friends about how great I was). Helping someone sell their property or buy their first home can be a traumatic and exciting experience, all at once. The ability to help people get through that emotional time and into a better place is an extremely rewarding experience.

Please feel free to use this website as a resource for all your Bay Area real estate needs. The “Community Links” page offers links of service providers, utilities, and other agencies that may be useful to home and condo owners downtown. The “Real Estate News” page is a frequently updated collection of real estate articles that are always informative and if you have any additional questions, don’t ever hesitate to contact me right away!

I know how fortunate I am to be living in one of the most beautifully vibrant areas in the world. Thank you for visiting my website.
